Coming this Summer
HEADS will deliver the Hebden Bridge Handmade Parade and community workshops in collaboration with Thingumajig Theatre - a community-generated parade which celebrates the creativity, variety and the uniqueness of Hebden Bridge and its surrounding areas.
Anyone can participate in the workshops. Everyone is welcome to come to affordable public workshops where the materials and instruction will be provided for them to make their own costume, mask, puppet or banner for the parade or volunteer on a larger build led by a professional parade artist. We will also send artists to work with community organisations and school groups to make their own parade entry.

Where
Public workshops where anyone can make their own costume, banner or giant puppet will be held for two weeks before the event.
Parade through central Hebden Bridge ending at Calder Holmes Park where it will join The World on Your Doorstep 2008 music and arts festival. |
